A new year and I'm going to start recording my runs again.  Ran today with Todd and Sean.  We left the parking lot at Fresh Market in S. Ogden and ran to the football stadium at Weber State and then back.  Legs were a little tight from Saturday's long hilly run.  I stretched at the half way mark and felt much better on the way back.

I've slacked off on my blogging the last couple of weeks. It's been a crazy three weeks. Hopefully things will settle down a little bit.  Ran an easy 7 today.  Maintained a consistent 9 minute pace throughout.  Started at my house and ran up Birch Creek and then to St. Joes.  Crossed and came down by South Jr. and into the Terrace. Ran down to Hilltop and back home.  No pain in the left knee which was good news.

Met Todd, Sean, Stacie and Cherrie up at Beus Pond where we did 800s. Did a mile warm up and then 4 800s. Haven't done those in a while. Ran them in3:17, 3:19, 3:19 and 3:20.
