Running Accomplishments:

I ran a 3:23:45 in the St. George Marathon, a 1:32:27 in the Hobblecreek Half marathon. Completed St. George Ironman in 2010 and Arizona Ironman in 2011.

Short-Term Running Goals:

No major goals for 2013 other than to stay healthy.  Races I plan on running are Canyonlands 1/2 marathon, St. George 1/2 Ironman, Ogden 1/2, Sawtelle 1/2 and Spudman.  I'm sure I'll do a fall marathon although I haven't decided which one yet.

Time to start recording my training again.  Hopefully it will help be more consistent.  Ran 5.25 with Todd today.  We left my house and did the Wash. Terrace loop.  Was winded after the early hills.  Felt better the last two miles.

Spent an hour on the bike at spin class.

Went 4.25 on the treadmill.  Felt much better than normal when on the treadmill.

Was up in Island Park and got on the treadmill for two quick miles before heading out on the snowmobiles for the day.

Ran four miles with Mike at lunch.  Left my office went down Adams to 20th, up to Monroe and over to the river parkway.  Down to Grant and then back to the office.

At night, spent an hour on the bike.

Ran with Mike and Sean.  We left my office and went up 20th, crossed Harrisom and then went to the mouth of the canyon.  Got on the river parkway to Grant and then back to the office.  Also swam a half mile.

Todd and I left Fresh Market parking lot ran to Wash. Terrace, did long route, then past Bonneville.  Crossed at Hilltop and then took  Adams to downtown.

did an hour of spin class at Golds, followed that with 2 fast miles on the track.  At night swam 600 meters

Spent an hour on the bike

Ran with the group. Most of the usual.  Went from S. Ogden along East bench through WSU and past Mt. Ogden.  Went over to El Monte and then down to the mouth of the canyon.  Took the river trail to downtown.  Stayed right around nine minute miles the whole time.  Very serious snow storm the last five miles.  Was drenched by the time we got done.
