time was 53:13. I ran up Jefferson and then up Birch Creek to the top, turned and went past Artic Circle and towards St. Josephs. Crossed the highway and turned down past Emerald Hills and then to Friendship Park and around the armory. Through the Terrace down past Bonneville. Crossed the highway at Hilltop and home. I was pretty sore the first two miles but my legs loosened up and I felt good the last four.

Due to time restraints I only ran four 800s last night. I ran a mile at an 8 minute clip and then the four 800s. My times were 2:54, 2:57, 2:51 and 2:57. Knowing I was only going to run four total I ran them a little faster than normal. Overall my legs felt great.

I wanted to average a nine minute pace which is a minute slower than I want to run St. George in. My time was 2:39:29 which is an 8:51 average. This will definatley be my last run in the Vomeros. Terible shoe. I picked up blisters on both feet at about mile 15 which didn't help the finish.

I ran a fairly slow five miles. My legs were still a little sore from Saturday's run. The first two miles was mostly up hill with the last three down/flat. I ran it in 46:37.
