Todd and I left his house went up past Golf City, crossed Harrison and ran the Combe loop.  Then went to Old Post and took that to 4600. Crossed Harrison and went to Glasmann, ran Glasmann and back to Todds.  Kept a 7:30 pace for most of the run.

Ran with Todd and Mike.  We went to the top of Monte and ran down to Huntsville.  Had exactly an 8:30 pace for the run.  I ran the last five miles faster than the first five. I felt pretty strong throughout which gives me some optimism for St. George.

Ran with Todd, Mike, Sean, Ben, Brian and Emily.  We ran the Combe loop and then went down past Friendship and the Armory to Adams and then the toll road.  Went down to S. Weber Drive and to Riverdale.  Took River Drive to the city office buildings.  Had a 8:42 pace which was a little slow, but probably where I want to be at this point.

Met up with Todd and Mike up at Weber State after my son's football practice.  It was almost dark when I got there so I did two and a half miles on the track.
