Todd and I ran from my house.  We went up Jefferson to Burch Creek and then up Chambers all the way to Harrison.  Ran over to Old Post and then down to 46th at the Dee Events Center.  Crossed Harrison and ran down to Monroe to 41st to Jefferson and then home.  First two miles had a lot of hills, rolling and downhill from there.

Ran from my house up Jefferson to Burch Creek, up Chambers, crossed Washington at St. Josephs and then down through S. Ogden, around by the hospital and then down to Bonneville, crossed at Hilltop and then home.  I was hoping that with some rest my legs would start to feel better, but instead felt worse.  I'm not sure what's wrong, but they are definitely not right.

Ran with Mike, Sean, Todd and Quentin.  We left Albertson's on Harrison and ran down through South Ogden, past Friendship and the armory, into the Terrace, past Ogden Regional down to Bonneville.  Crossed Washington at Hilltop, went to Adams and then down to 20th street and ended at Peak Performance.  Cold, snowy day.  Legs still hurting. Took it real easy.

Went and had a deep tissue massage today.  My legs were very tight with knots all over.  The massage felt great though.  Went out a couple of hours afterward.  Ran from Todd's house down to Glasmann, then to 45th to Monroe down to 41st, to Adams up to Burch Creek and then Chambers back to Todds.  Snowing and the road was a little slick so we took it at a pretty easy pace.  Legs felt better, but still sore.

Todd and I left his house and ran through S. Ogden over to Ogden Regional and then back, via Sunset and Chambers.  My legs felt a little better, although not good.  Still can't push the pace past about 8:15.

I started out with Q, Todd, Sean and Ben.  The idea was to get 12 in.  We left Albertson's and did the full Combe loop then went over to Old Post and were headed to Weber State and the east bench.  My calf was cramping so bad I could hardly move.  At 45th I called it a day and dropped down to Jefferson and home.

I left my house and went up Jefferson.  The first mile and a half I was pain free and it was the first run I've enjoyed in over a month.  At 1.6 my calf seized up again and I could hardly move.  I ran and walked the rest of the way until I got home.

I ran with Mike, Todd, Q, and Ben.  We left Albertsons and went down through S. Ogden and over to Washington Terrace and then down Adams to Peak Performance.  I made it 2 and a half miles before my calf started acting up.  After a little walking it would be good for a while.  I'm starting to get worried that something's wrong that's going to require some time off.  Limited running isn't helping it at all. The roads were snow covered and slick in places.  Other than my calf problem it was a great morning.

I ran in the neighborhood.  I made it to two and a half miles before I had to walk.  The right leg was sore throughout.
